WASA membership dues are $120 ($130 outside of renewal period) per year. Paid up members should complete the registration form below. Membership benefits include the protection of your property rights, a proprietary contractor database, access to our Facebook group, member-only events and discounts to products that are useful to your home.

Local governments have in the past pursued or enacted harmful legislation towards second homeowners and short-term rental operators. Your dues are a small, inexpensive investment in your property rights with additional benefits. Thank you in advance for your support.
