The Windham Area Stakeholders Association (the “Association”) is a New York not-for profit corporation, organized to support responsible short-term rental (“STR”) owners, their guests, and the small businesses that serve them. The Association is primarily engaged in advocacy in the Town of Windham. To the extent it is reasonable and practicable, the Association will coordinate and share its experience, resources and knowledge with aligned stakeholders in nearby towns including the towns of Ashland, Jewett, and Prattsville. The Association welcomes members with interests in any part of northern Greene County.
